Question Ghosting?

There is a trail of the object/shadow on everything that moves on my monitor. Not just in games, the mouse cursor has blur, windows that I move has blur, and I don't know how to fix it. No I don't think it is the monitor, I tried my computer with a different one and it still had the shadows. Any fixes/ideas? And if there is just a option to turn it off I can't find it.

Do you have the motherboard chipset drivers installed?

How hot is your CPU and GPU at idle and under load?

Have you changed any settings in Control Panel/Mouse/Pointers?

Did you perform a clean install of the graphics driver from AMD? Also, have you tweaked any settings within AMD Radeon app?

Yes i have the chipset drivers installed. My GPU is 21 degrees c right now. I tried to perform a clean uninstall for the graphics driver and installed it again, multiple times. I have messed around with the Radeon settings a lot and can't find anything. Do you have any experience with the Radeon settings? Should i send a recording of the issue?
