GIF Generation Software - Capable of complex development projects

To Any Knowledgeable Person Out There:

I am interested in finding and would like to know if there is any Software available for the Following purpose: GIF Creator/Generator Software with the following minimum capabilities preferably.

1) Able to Import/Export Video Files (.avi .flv .wmv .mov .mp4 etc.)

2) Import Various formats of Audio Files with capability of overlaying them on one another, fade in/out, etc.

3) Ability to Edit each layer FRAME by FRAME

4) Ability to super impose images onto a New Layer over an existing layer, frame by frame. Also, the ability to rotate, skew and distort any said layer as seen fit.

5) Special Effects / FX capabilities along with Multiple Text features available

6) Ability to make the project into any length of a GIF as one wants, without restrictions.


These are just some of the Features I am interested in and hoping to find in a software package out there... if it exist? Any and all help in tracking it down if it exist would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

try gimp for the GIF editing and audacity for the audio.
although I haven't used them that much so i'm not fully aware of their features.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE go to the website and attempt to retrieve, download and or use Gimp in anyway... as that site will attempt to ATTACK your Computer and to REWRITE all of your systems memery core functions and to take control of you computer in the end. My only saving grace is that I have a killer Software System which prevents such BS, like this from ever happening.

Well obviously there site is NOT any good right now as it seems to be INVADED by Malware!

I'm not quite sure how much more 'wrong' you could be about this.
https://www.gimp.org/ is just fine.

Maybe you went somewhere else.

Years ago, I used to use AnimationShop (part of PaintSop Pro) from JASC/Corel for exactly those functions.
I have not found a good replacement for this.

Looking around, it would seem a combination of:

MotionStudio 3D

and VideoStudio Pro
http://www.videostudiopro.com/en/products/videostudio/pro/#features

...would probably do what you need.

Free, and virus free, trials available.
