[SOLVED] GIFs not allowing to to save as a GIF on chrome

I'm trying to save this GIF here:

I want to customise my Steam Library with GIFs but when I right click on that GIF and click 'save image as' it will only allow me to save as a .PNG

its not a gif. it would need to be converted to a gif.
if you save it as a .png file you can then use an editor like gimp to convert it to the gif format.
the browser cannot convert files for you.

chrome by itself cannot convert one file format into another.
