Gigaabyte GA Z170X-gaming 3, NO display

Hi i just bought a new Board GA-Z170X-gaming3

Using Corsair 4GB DDR4 2400 BUS Desktop RAM

Was installing THE HDD but no display when connecting HDD / OPTICAL DEVICE .
Means If Connecting SATA Express devices .. Pc not booting up/no display on monitor

WIthout HDD/OPTICAL DEVICE Display does show the BIOS setup but when connecting HDD / OPTICAL DEVICE no display shows.

NO whats the problem
Is there any specific HDD or this board?

I m trying to install WD 1TB HDD

Do the hdd have the OS in it? or is it brand new one? And just try one device at a time. Also try them in different sata ports too. Maybe the hdd or DVD/CD drive has problem.
