Gigabtye RX 260 2gb running poorly

Hell I have an issue with my new gpu its running games quite poorly. I installed the official amd drivers from their site rather than the card and it has good desktop performance.... but the games fps are horrible even worse (1-25 fps, while on the r7 250 200-295 with same pc specs, same settings on a game like csgo) than my previous card, the radeon r7 250. I have a dell optiplex 990 with a Intel core i7 2600 (no k,not unlocked) and I already asked serveral professionals in person and they said my PSU should be way more than enough. I use DDU to remove the intel drivers, that didnt work. I removed the amd drivers and reinstalled them, that didint work. I reinstalled windows, change pcie slot, and tried another dell of this kind still didnt work. I need help asap

What games are you playing? The card wasn't that powerful to begin with. It's a lower end card by today's standards, being weaker than today's (used to be before the GTS 1030 and RX 550) Radeon GPU.

It still should be fast to run a game like CSGO though, that thing runs a boiled potato. Can you run some more specific games with avg fps? and what settings are you running games on ? 1080?

I play simple games my friend.... Counter Strike source, portal, half life, mainly valve games and even css 1.6 wont run good theres some issue with the gpu driver that ion know
