Gigabyte 1050ti g1 gaming 4gb Blackscreen

So I am building my own pc, But it doesn't seem to boot whenever I put my gpu in. As in it doesn't show up on my monitor
Specs:

• 
  I5-7600K
  8gb ddr4 @ 3000mhz
  Cx450M

The PSU should be able to handle everything together.
Any tips I could try?

Which monitor? How are you connected to it? (HDMI, DP, DVI)?

The card pulls just 75 watts ... shud be fine w/ a 300 watter. I will say that we don't use CXM series PSUs in gaming builds, but that is not your problem unless you happen to catch a defective one/.
