Greetings,
I've been experiencing low GPU clocks for the past month now.
These are my specs:
Ryzen 2700x
Gigabyte 1070
650W Bronze
16GB 3000mhz
Noctua NH-D15 Chromax
In this SC it shows my "PerfCap Reason" is PWR, even in idle. I would assume a GPU wouldn't be power limited at idle without any overclocks on.
I've tried these methods already:
Flashing BIOS
Clean install of windows
Reset MOBO Bios
Windows Updates
Revert to old gpu drivers
Changed Power cables
Changed DisplayPort cable
Reset overclock on GPU
DDU'd my GPU
This is me running FurMark and showing NVIDIA Inspector. I've run this for about 20 mins and the results still are the same.
