Question Gigabyte 2080Ti Gaming OC crashing on load

I bought a 2080ti off of FB marketplace (dumb idea, stay away if you can) where the seller showed GPU-Z and it was fine. I brought it home, and it boots up fine, but crashes as soon as I start any game. So I tested in Unigine Heaven, it has the same issue, card is fine as long as there is no load on it.
Is there any fix to this, or has anyone experienced this? Or am I completely out of options and this is a dead card?

Ram: 16GB 2666 MHz
GPU: Gigabyte 2080Ti Gaming OC
PSU: EVGA 700W Bronze
