Question Gigabyte 3070 Gaming OC, Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor instead of GPU?

Dec 10, 2020
Hello guys. I have recently upgraded my gpu from 1060m. When I plugged my 3070, everything seems fine in the beginning. Fans starts spining at the start, RGB's on.
But when I got into the windows and tried to install the drivers from Windows and Driver Booster (I have always updated my drivers from), no updates are available.
I checked the Device Manager, there were only Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Than I downloaded the suitable Nvidia drivers from both Nvidia and Gigabyte. But everytime some errors occured.
I have read all the things in internet and these are the other things that haven't changed anything:

-DDU. The first thing I did is get into the Safe Mod. Uninstall everything about Nvidia. Nothing changed.
-Updated BIOS. Nothing changed.
-Changed the PCIE16_1 setting to GEN3 in BIOS. Nothing happened.
-Downloaded GPU-Z. GPU-Z Result (Temel Görüntü Bağdaştırıcısı means Basic Display Adapter)

Here are my specs:
-Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus
-CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
-GPU: Asus 1060M 3GB (old) - Gigabyte 3070 Gaming oc (new)
-PSU: Thermaltake 750W+80 Bronze
