Gigabyte 760 vs MSI 760

The title says it all. What's better between the two? I heard that the Gigabyte is slightly faster than the MSI, but the MSI has quieter fans. I want to have a pretty quiet area, but I also want the highest performance that's possible. I honestly don't care about size or looks because I'm getting a HAF X or a Corsair 800D. My PSU is at 650 at the moment, and I plan on oveclocking my GPU. My CPU is an i5-3570k. So which one should I get?

From my knowledge Gigabyte offers better stock MHz than others, but the cores and that are all the same, both will do, get the cheaper!
