Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 6.0 compatable with GeForce GTX 1060?

Hi!
Here's what I got:
CPU: AMD FX 8370
RAM: 16gb (2x8gb chips, can't tell you the brand)
PSU: I got 650 watt
MOBO: Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 6.0

I want a new video card, currently running a GTX 750ti, and I wanna upgrade to a gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060. It's in my price range, but I'll have to save up more if I have to upgrade more components. Please help!

What is the make and model of your 650W PSU? How old is it? When did you purchase the GTX750Ti? I'm asking since a non UEFI BIOS environment will leave your system with a black screen in spite of booting up into GUI.

EVGA - Model:210-GQ-0650-V1, I swapped it out for a dying one about four months ago.

And my current 750ti is three years old.
