Gigabyte 7990 on a Asus Crosshair IV Formula

Will the Gigabyte 7990 work on a Asus Crosshair IV Formula with a 8320 cpu?

CPU: AMD FX 8320
Mobo: Asus Crosshair IV Formula
PSU :Chieftec A-135 Series 1000W
RAM: Still don't know

The motherboard doesn't support the processor. Do they work with another GPU? For an AM3+ CPU you need an AM3+ motherboard.

Well the 7990 is quite a strong card

And I could get the psu for 80€ so :/
