bios is not installing. it is showing updating while windows is starting.
After showing updating automatically it is going to restart mode. It`s repeating the same process for the several times.

pls suggest me for the solution

Try disabling any boot block settings in the bios, and windows firewall setting in the control panel. Your board may also have a bios protection setting. Disable that also. Mine had one in the last section where it says "save and exit". When the bios flash program runs, a small black window appears while it's running. Wait until it is finished completely, or you will end up with a dead board. To stop windows from restarting, boot up in safe mode by pressing f6. Use windows "system restore" feature. computer>system properties>system protection>system restore. It restores windows to an earlier point in time before the last change was made that caused a problem.
