I have a tight budget... I have fx 6300...which motherboard is best for gaming and upgradable in future..???which of these have HDMI port??

The Gigabyte has a heatsinked VRM; that would make it a bit better. None are good for an 8 core FX processor; you'd need a motherboard with a better VRM. Can't you afford the GA-970A-UD3P or the MSI 970 Gaming? The HDMI port will be on the GPU, not on the motherboard.
