Gigabyte 970 or 990 motherboard

I like the color and aesthetics of the Gigabyte GA 970A D3P AM3+ 970
but i'm wondering if i should get the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 - AM3+ AMD 990FX because it might offer more bells and whistle

If you plan to OC go with the 990 due to it's extra phase modules, otherwise the 970 should be enough.
