Gigabyte 970a-d3 problem with driver

Hello guys i have the gigabyte 970a-d3(rev 3.0) and windows 10.When i try to open hdveck i get and error "your os is 64bits. please use 64bits version vdeck.exe".I have try some solutions like that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Of5JVGxsi6c,but when i try to open the programm nothing happend and nothing run!
