Do you have a multi-display setup??... if you do then I have a good solution that just worked for me an hour ago in the most insanely repeatable fashion I've seen in a long time building and fixing PCs... leave all but one of your screens disconnected during POST and you can access the boot options, UEFI, system information and even get a successful boot out of the system. if the first attempt fails, use the CMOS CLEAR header somewhere near the first USB2.0 port header. and leave your other screens disconnected. once the system has booted, you can reconnect the displays. As luck would have it, DisplayPort, HDMI, VGA and DVI are plug & play/hotswap compliant, so all you need to do if a display fails to register is redetect first boot... after the boot succeeds... you should be able to leave the display(s) connected during POST as long as you stay well away from the options on the splash screen!!! I also recommend you try different display interfaces as well... I used a DVI output for my successful attempts, I haven't tested HDMI but I may well do so in the future!
Hope this solves your problem!
