Gigabyte 980Ti G1 Gaming

Can you guys tell me if this is a defective card or not? I ordered a second Gigabyte 980Ti G1 Gaming for SLI. When I installed it, the middle fan would be on at full speed all the time. The other two fans on the sides are quiet on idle, but the middle fan would be on full speed all the time. I can't seem to control that fan through the program and it's really loud.

Send it back and get a new one. Actually before doing that try the card with the full speed fan alone without sli and see if it works.

I'll do that. I did swap the card to see if that worked, but with no luck. The defective card still had the middle fan going full speed problem. I got in contact with Amazon and they are sending me a replacement and I will have that by tomorrow. Amazon does have some awesome customer service.
