Question Gigabyte A320M-H RGB Control Help

Greetings all,

I just received my prebuilt PC in the mail. Specs are as follows,

Gigabyte A320M-H MOBO
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
Nvidia RTX 2070 Super GPU
Windows 10 32 bit OS
Azza Apollo 430 Case

I was told upon purchasing that the RGB lights would be easily controlled from the motherboard software, however I have had no luck so far. I have navigated to the Gigabyte website to search for any relevant apps but have not seen any, and their RGB Fusion app does not function at all after installing (it shows a grey outline and does not appear to load the MOBO). I have also searched BIOS and there is no option for RGB control there either.

Hopefully someone can help, and thank you in advance if so!

Did you install Gigabytes app center? That has to be installed for the RGB fusion app to work.

Yes, I installed the App center first.
