Question Gigabyte A320M-SH Bios update query

Hello. I have a question with regard to updating my BIOS. I have a Gigabyte A320M-sh board. Running the f2 version bios. I found a list of updates for ga-a320m-s2h on this site https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-A320M-S2H-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver . I have 2 queries. First is the list of GA-A320M-S2H compatible with my board and second do i need to update the bios consecutively, as in do i need to go from F1" to F10 to F11 and so on?

what rev is your motherboard? they have different bios
and read the bios note. usually you can skip to the latest but some might have requirement
