Yes, as Bob.B said, but you will also need a 6-pin power connector coming from your PSU

Thanks for the replies, but it appears that the motherboard has only one slot and I thought that the gtx 1060 needed 2 slots as it is fairly wide.

You need only one PCIe conncetcor to connect the GPU.
The 2 slots affair, concerns the space occupied above the mobo bu the GPU. As you will see it will occupy the empty space near the PCIe connector and above the round little battery
