Gigabyte AB350-gaming not booting

So I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me. I am fairly new to building a rig and right now I can't seem to get the mobo to post. LEDs come on fans spin but no signal on the monitor.

Current setup is:
MOBO: Gigabyte AB350 mobo
CPU: Ryden 7 1700
GFX: EVGA gtx 1060
RAM: Corsair vengeance (2×4gb)
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 500W

1. Make sure the RAM is pushed all the way down in the slots.
2. Clear the CMOS.
3. Try booting with only 1 stick of RAM.

So I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me. ....

Just based on the pictures it appears the motherboard is setting on the metallic edges of the case. Put the board on a non-conductive, non-metallic, surface like a piece of plain brown cardboard box. That might help, but if the metal edges of the case shorted something important on the motherboard it could have permanently damaged it.
