Both components were bought used but in working condition, refurbished.

The system starts the CPU fan, the system buzzer does not return any beeps. I've checked the CPU support list and, to what I can understand, the MB should support this CPU. The CPU in question is an YD3000CFHBOX.

At this point, my main concern is that the PSU I have is not adequate for the MB, as it only has a four connector power cable for the board, while the board has an 8 connector port; I'm already looking into buying another PSU. Also looking into getting a new system buzzer, just in case, as not even pulling out the RAM forces a beep.

Assuming the MB/CPU pairing is not possible, what motherboards can I look into to run this CPU?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Other attached peripherals.

Regarding the PSU: start here and use the listed calculators.

If a component lists a range of wattages then use the high end value.
