Gigabyte AB350M-Gaming 3 freezes in Bios

my pc turn on,all the fans start spinning,but i can't enter to bios because both the keyboard and the mouse are not working,they light up but nothing happen when I Press the buttons
i have tried everything from Clearing CMOS and rebuilding the pc again ,i even asked AMD to send me a boot kit after i discovered the fact that 2000 processor are not compatible with B350 motherboards without a bios update and even then i still couldn't enter to bios because the keyboard and mouse are not working (they light up but nothing happen when i press them)
my pc spec:

AMD RYZEN 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz(but I use the boot kit when I try to enter the bios)

Gigabyte - GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

G.Skill - Aegis 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

Asus - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB CERBERUS Video Card

EVGA - BR 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

BitFenix - Nova ATX Mid Tower Case

Move your mouse and keyboard to another usb socket, the usb2 ones above the PS2 connector preferably ( don't use the front panel ones or the usb3 connectors) or try a PS2 keyboard.
