I'm using G.Skill Trident DDR4 RAM, 3200 with GIGABYTE AB350M Gaming 3 motherboard. I have a Ryzen 5 chip. I just flashed motherboard's software to the latest version. It looks like I'm still being limited in BIOS at lower speeds, though. Any ideas?

You need to set DOCP setting written on the ram and manually OC it to 3200, default is always 2133 :)
For example:

I set the timings manually. I tried OC it to 3200 and it reverts. I tried using the xmp profile and it still reverts. I tried setting the timings manually to what my RAM is 16 18 18 18 38 and it still fails to boot with those settings, it always tries and then turns of a few times and then boots with default settings.
