Hey guys so last night my CPU was stuck to the fan. Got that off. The reason I was in there was that the CPU would spin at full speed as soon as you turned the PC on and then after like 15 secs the PC would shut down. Now it never displayed anything just ran fast and shut down. I thought it may be something to do with overheating maybe not enough thermal paste etc. Well I took it apart put it back and stopped for the night. Just got home from work not too long ago, put it together, nice and easy sounding fan PC stays on but no body is home. As we speak the fan is running. Now keyboard mouse nothing lights up. Also nothing displays. Like only the fan is on and every single other component is off. I took out the GPU 1050ti and plugged in on board and still no screen. I feel like, again, just the fan is on and nothing else is alive or something

The video port on the motherboard is there to support CPUs that have built-in video. Some Ryzen CPUs have it, others don't. FYI your Ryzen 7 1700 does not have Radeon Vega graphics as well.

As for clearing the CMOS, that might help. You have nothing to lose by doing this; it's just setting the motherboard back to factory default settings. Clearing the CMOS means find the two pin leads, then bridging (shorting) them out for about 5 full seconds, then un-bridge. Unplug power from your PC first before proceeding further. You'll have to check with your manual, but that's normally the process. In the past, it was old-school to have little plastic jumpers included with the motherboard. These days, you have to...
The Ryzen 3 1300x does not include Radeon Vega graphics. So, the only way you're going to get video is through the video card.

If you look in your manual, there's a jumper you can bridge to clear the CMOS (bios settings). From the video you provided, it's located in the upper-right corner between the audio jacks and edge of the PCIe slot used for video.

By the way, for troubleshooting, it's always best to get a PC speaker. The beep codes are very useful in diagnosing an issue. They're cheap, usually about 5 bucks. Link below.

Hey thanks for that information. I updated my profile. I noticed you mentioned the Ryzen 3 1300X. I no longer have the CPU installed. It is now the Ryzen 7 1700 (Regular not X)

Also you said that the CPU does not have include the Radeon Graphics. I am new to this, I thought my motherboard has in integrated graphics card. Or maybe I am confusing what you are trying to tell. I did try it with my ZOTAC 1050ti GPU and still no go.

Are you are saying to clear the CMOS and then it "may" allow my display to work again?

Thats cool about the speak to test with.

Thanks for the help and look forward to hearing from you again

These days, you have to use a flat-head screwdriver. BE CAREFUL when doing this. BE SURE you're bridging the correct two jumper pins!!! Just FYI.
