This is awesome. I can get a black and an aftermarket cooler without voiding the warranty? Sign me up. Where can I buy one? Searching the model only brings me to the US site, I'm in the US.

I don't believe so. If Gigabyte policy is like Asus or Evga's, then no it doesn't void warranty. You'll be fine, just keep the stock cooler and put it back on before shipping it back.
