Question Gigabyte Aero 15 BIOS Unlock ?

I'm very new to this BIOS unlocking so please bear with me, I'm on BIOS FB03.

Reason beause i want to get faster ram and undervolt cpu.

properly he cant change anything in the bios, i have the problem and i cant change anything in the bios i wanna change hyperthreading and i cant my laptop is msi ge63 raider 9se
