Question gigabyte aero15 ram ugrade

so presently im running sticks of 2666 samsung memory, but my latency us pretty bad, looking to double size to 32 should i use a samsung 2666 ram with or gskil 2400 but lower timings?
primarily play games so thinking probably lower latency?

or what ram would you recommend. for a; gigabyte aero15-wa i7-9750h/2060full model.

Last question, presently I’m running two single 16gb sticks of ram, would it be better if I purchased a kit and returned/sold the singles
