Hello,

Your best bet is GT660 as your preferred games supports PhysX (try to go for a 660Ti), but the 7850 itself is a good choice also, especially if it's cheaper. The next move is to go for a second 4GB DIMM and an used i5 (at such low resolutions, your i3 can be a limited factor).

It appears the HD7850 and GTX 660 are at end of life. Newegg only has 1 model of each left. All other HD7850 and GTX 660 cards are now out of stock. They do have a few refurbs available too.

Amazon has a few HD7850 cards left, but none seemed reasonably priced. On the GTX 660 front at Amazon, there are a few new units listed, but the prices are insane.

You would be better off looking at a GTX 960 or an R9 280X. You would get quite a bit better FPS from any of these 2 than the other cards you listed, and apparently for very similar money, at least here in the USA. And of these 2, the R9 280X is about 15% faster than the GTX 960 is.
