I have assembled a new computer which includes an MSI Pro Z790-A motherboard and a Gigabyte Aorus Elite 4070Ti graphics card. As you may know, these graphics cards do not run their fans until they reach a certain temperature. However, the issue is that the 3rd fan of the graphics card continues to run loudly at high speed, even when the temperature drops significantly. I have reset it according to the Gigabyte's program for it to stop at those temperatures, but still the same fan keeps running. When I turn off and on the computer, it stops, but once it starts running again, it doesn't stop, and the cycle continues in this way. When I look at the Gigabyte program, I can't see the rpm value of the 3rd fan, and it also doesn't appear in Afterburner. What could be the cause of this issue? What kind of solution should I pursue?
