Question gigabyte aorus GA-AX370 gaming 5 but flashed using AB350 bios. how to fix it?

my mobo GA-AX370 gaming 5 was error a couple month ago after i bought it and then i send it back to get repaired by gigabyte. but when i got it back, i am confused because now the bios shows that i am using AB350 version. how is that even possible? i though every bios was unique to their spesific motherboard and you can't flash different type of bios to different motherboard. now when i need to upgrade the bios, i am very confused which version should i download, try to install the original GA370 bios or stick with this AB350 bios? is it even possible to revert back to original GA370 bios?

no, i check the model in the motherboard and it written GA-AX370 Gaming 5. and as far as i know the model difference between AX370 and AB350 is quite noticeable so i am pretty sure its AX370 not AB350. thats why i am so confused

We will need to see which board you have now before we can answer anything. It's normally written on the board itself.

My board model is written all over it. On the M.2 heatsink. Right on top of that below the CPU. On the IO "Aorus". What's yours right now?

It is possible when using the right kind of programming software, something the techs at Gigabyte are likely to have. I agree with @rgd1101 fully: send it back (again) and get them to fix it. And make them send you a prepaid label so they pay for shipping.
