Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5: Do entry-level VRM matters if I am not overclocking (8700k) ?

I wouldn't call the VRMs on that board entry level(you might be thinking of the aorus ultra gaming which does have a smaller VRM setup). I have hit 5Ghz with my 8700k on my Aorus Gaming 5 and it has been the CPU temp that made me stop there not the VRMs.

I am planning to buy a Noctua U14s.... Do you think that using a dual fan would help ?
(First fan = close to the front . The second fan would be closed to the rear )

A 2 fan push pull setup will usually add a bit of cooling. Running a Cryorig R1 with my 8799k.
