Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5

I recently bought the gigabyte aorus gaming 5. I have a network connection on the board. How do I disable the wifi in the bios? The connection is slow when doing windows update

You motherboard does not have built in Wifi so there is no Wifi option in the BIOS. You do have 2 Lan ports on your motherboard, one Intel and one Killer E2500. Try switching your Ethernet cable from one to the other and see if your problem goes away.

I'm sorry, my mistake. When you said Aorus Gaming 5 i thought you meant X370-AORUS-Gaming-5. I'll look at the Intel board and see.

There is no option in the BIOS to disable Wifi. Your motherboard does not have Wifi built in. What it has is the ability to add a Wifi adapter card into one of your M.2 slots. Did you find of these cards in the box with your motherboard?

No all it has is the antennas to attach to the back of the motherboard
