Tempting. It ticks all the boxes for me, plus has control via USB - a feature I've been expecting for literally decades!

I'm most intrigued by the "AIM STABILIZER" feature, which seems like some kind of built-in image stabilization capability.

One thing I'd want to confirm: that you can use HDR + FreeSync (or GSync) at the same time. There was some monitor I saw, recently, where you couldn't use variable refresh and HDR at the same time.

Anyway, the other monitor I'm eyeing is the LG 27GL850. Basically the same specs, except I'm not sure how they compare on brightness and HDR. I expect the LG to have fewer features, as well. I will buy based on monitor performance, so I'm patiently awaiting reviews...
