I want to change my ram and get GIGABYTE AORUS RGB Memory, will it work with my motherboard, and am i able to change the rgb with the RGB FUSION software from aurous ?

Whilst it's not been tested - so it isn't on the QVL - if you buy the memory from one entire pack, and remove your old RAM, there should be no problem.
Also If I am reading your second question correctly, RGB Fusion supports RGB sync across all Gigabyte devices.

its not on the list because the motherboard is reasonably older than the gigabyte ram, now i also see that inorder to control the rgb ram you need to use RGB FUSION software which is made to work with gigabyte motherboards, which i dont have, they have another program called RGB FUSION LINK, i have installed both on them by having the RGB FUSION LINK sotware, will this give me control over the ram with my asrock motherboard ?

I know the age difference.

That doesn't necessarily matter, modules are tested and QVLs are updated regularly, despite the age quite often. But they quite simply don't have the ability to test every module and update accordingly.

I have not used the RGB Fusion software myself with a non-gigabyte MB, however according to this post, it is perfectly fine to use RGB Fusion on a non-gigabyte MB: View: https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/ap4q3b/psa_gigabyte_rgbfusion_works_on_kingston_hyperx/
