Gigabyte aorus ultimate gaming 2.0 build wont shut down completely

I overclocked my CPU (7-8700k) using my Motherboards -(Gigabyte aorus ultimate gaming 2.0) bios and all is stable when I use it, but when I shut it down all the fans (CPU fan, GPU fan, Case fan) and the RBG lighting wont turn off.

I am not sure what caused this either I overclocked mt cpu wrong, updated my bios wrong or its another windows 10 problem because I did overclocking, bios update and windows update in the same day

It might have been a bios failure. Did anything happen during the process? Check if your motherboard has dual bios.

Installation of the Bios was smooth and nothing went wrong.

I just tinkered around with the bios set up and now only the GPU and CPU fan won't shut down
