Gigabyte Aorus Wifi - VGA LED lit - No Keyboard or Mouse on start-up - New Build

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my new PC build (Specs Below) When I start the PC up I'm able to get to the splash screen but my keyboard and mouse are not recognized. I am getting a VGA Led on the Mobo but unable to move forward with the setup. Any help is greatly appreciated!

EVGA GTX 1070 ti
Trident Z 3200mhz 16gb
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Wifi-enabled Mobo

What PSU are you running? Sounds like it's not delivering enough power to the CPU and the GPU.

I'm running an EVGA 750 G3
