Gigabyte Aorus Z270X Gaming K5 No Secure Boot Option

I need to disable Secured Boot on my Gigabyte Aorus Z270X Gaming K5 Motherboard but there is literally no option. I went up and down, in and out all of the tabs and categories to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Based on the manual found at https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z270X-Gaming-K5-rev-10#support-manual you should see it if you scroll down the BIOS tab (see section 2-4).
