Gigabyte Aorus z370 ultra gaming

Hi. I'm making a new build. This time coffe lake. I have bought a gigabyte aorus z370 ultra gaming but don't know witch ram should I put. I have searched for the QVL support and I don't understand nothing. It's to put a i5 8600k. Can anyone help me. 16g not 32. Thanks

About any DDR4 memory should work fine get 2X8gb set of 3000 speed and just set XMP profile in BIOS.

The QVL is just memory that has been tested with the board they don'thave all memory made to test with.

Should I chose a 3000mhz or a 3200mhz?

3000 or 3200 what ever you wish their not going to be any noticeable difference.
I know 3000 sets up just by changing to XMP ptofile 3200 could do the same havent tried that.

I would be a bit concerned if the memory would fit under the cooler.
Not sure what the extra fan is for and I would pass on the M.2 drive and get a regular SSD. Your also probably need more storage like a regular hard drive.
But in the same price range you could upgrade to a GTX 1070 video card.

Ok nice. I already have buyed the cooler dark rock advanced and I have a 1tb 3.5 hard drive and one 2.5 1tb. The m.2 I can pass you have reason. I must watch for the memory ram under the cooler if it's fit. The extra fan is for the back of my case because my thermaltake view 31 only brings 2 fans. Thanks

For your average user a M.2 drive showes no performance increase you get about a 0.4 second quicker boot time.
If you do a lot of file transfers it will help.

I know this question is 1 year old but i want to ask you smth.Im building pc with this mobo and i5 8400 or 8600k. Do you have problems with vrm, bcs this mobo doesnt seem so good for ocing.Ill use dark rock pro 3 cooler and nzxt s340.Again sorry for writting here and sorry for bad english
