Question Gigabyte APP Center/Ambient Lighting not Working

Howdy yall. So right to the point, i have a GA-X99-UD4P mobo. According to the site page, this mobo supports the gigabyte APP Center and the lighting control app. But, when I pull it up all of the options are grayed out.

I have all chipset drivers installed, and have restarted my pc and reinstalled everything multiple times. Any clue on whats going on?
