Question Gigabyte App Center - Unable to load FBIOS.dll

I've just installed a new Aorus z390 Ultra, and for whatever reason it decided to default the RGB lighting to some unpleasant shade of yellow. I installed the Gigabyte App Center so that I could then use the LED control software, however when I click on the BIOS tab I get the following message:

"Unable to load DLL 'FBIOS.dll': A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007045A"

The LED control software also crashes when I try to start it. I was able to initially update my BIOS but nothing else. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried various suggestions I've found across the web (copying dll files to system32 and sysWOW64, updating BIOS through Q-flash etc.).

Its not the end of the world if I can't change the RGB, but is there anything else I cannot do if App Center is broken like this? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
