Question Gigabyte Auros B650 Elite AX - - - no power to USB ports, VGA error light on, and no POST ?

Build:
Gigabyte Auros B650 Elite AX
7800X3D (has Radeon integrated graphics)
TeamGroup T-Force Vulcan DDR5 5600mhz 32gb (16x2)
Corsair RM850x
RX 7900 XT

I started off this build by flashing the F6 Bios through the Q Flash Plus feature. I went ahead and installed the CPU with the cooler and one stick of ram in the A2 slot.

This is as far as I've gotten since whenever I turn on the board by bridging the power pins the CPU cooler fans will turn on, but I'm getting zero power or connection from my on-board USB connections or from my onboard HDMI connection. This along with the red VGA debug LED that never resolves itself. It does this same cycle even when I have the GPU connected as well.

I've gone through the no-post trouble shooting check list on here and still nothing is working. This is my first time doing a build, definitely need some help.

My suspicion is that I might have a faulty board or something is wrong with my 7800X3D?

Did you connect all power connectors to the motherboard? ATX12V/EPS 8pin connector and 24pin main power connector?

Did you connect all counter part connectors to the PSU? Both 20pin and 18 pin connectors has to be plugged into the PSU side

Yes, everything is correctly plugged in for the PSU and motherboard.
