Question Gigabyte Auros Rx580 Flashing Logo

Got this off ebay, it works until you install the AMD drivers then it black screens and the logo on the gpu flashes red

Anyone know what this means

The PSU cables leading into the GPU are a big concern. Mind sharing your specs to the system like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Prior to the RX580 you just dropped in?

The PSU should be fine, it's powering a another of the same card fine... And I also tried on a different pc which also the same issue happened. I got 3 x rx580s from this seller but only 1 worked and 2 have this same issue, cards weren't new to begin with
