Specs:
GPU:
GTX 1060-6GB
RAM: 2x8GB 3000mhz Corsair VENGEANCE (16GB)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
MOBO: Gigabyte AX370 Gaming 3
Bios Version: F50d

Problem:
3 months ago, windows started reserving half of my ram (8 GB). I ended up updating my BIOS to F50d and fixed the problem. Recently, the problem came back (Reserved Ram 8GB). I tried going to the BIOS to turn off some settings like XMP and etc. But everytime I click "Save Settings & Restart" the computer will have 3 short beeps, turn off and on, 1 short beep, turn off and on, and it won't boot. So I have to manually turn off the computer and restart it.

From this Gigabyte support page (https://www.gigabyte.com/Support/FAQ/816) I saw that the 3 short beeps meant that it was a memory parity check error. But I have the same kind of ram (Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb 3000mhz) both installed on channel A: 2 & 4. And I've also checked System Configuration (msconfig), maximum memory is UNCHECKED. Windows is reading 16GB of physical ram. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
