Gigabyte b350 gaming 3 hdmi question

Ok so I know that hdmi 1.4 can support 1920x1080 60Hz but I'm curious as to whether or not this mobo will. It should... however on the mobo site page it stats:
4096x2160@ 24Hz...
Am I to assume that it is obvious knowledge that the card can output 1920x1080@60Hz?
If anyone has this mobo up and running or just knows this to be true please confirm.

This will depend on the graphics card your using in it, I know it has graphics outputs on the board, but thats for furture RyZen APU's which arnt out yet.

4096x2160 - this is obviously 4k, so it should support lower resolutions perfectly fine.

GOod lord I feel like an tool. I should totally be outputting signal from gpu not mobo ugh... sorry I've been into the console scene for years and now making the jump over to pc. Thanks Sean for shedding some light on the situation
