Gigabyte B360 Not working

So I have finished my PC build, and when I turn it on the display just says power saving mode. I reset the battery on the motherboard by taking it out and putting back in. Also there is a orange light strip on the left side of the motherboard.

How do I fix this? Thanks

Did you unplug the computer before taking out the battery on the motherboard?
