Hi, I have built a new PC using Gigabyte's B360M Aorus Gaming 3 Rev 1.0 motherboard.

This board has 4 LEDs that can show if CPU, DRAM or VGA are defective. When I turn the computer on, the following things happen: CPU LED blinks fast and turns off (which afaik shows that there are no problems with the CPU), DRAM LED lights up for a longer time and then turns off, VGA LED turns on and at the same time that it turns off, the computer reboots.

I do have a GALAX RTX 2060 GPU but I have already tried to remove it, the same CPU-DRAM-VGA LED cycle happens every time. I have also tried clearing CMOS, removing my NVMe M.2 SSD, nothing happens.

I have made a video and noticed that right after clearing CMOS, a different cycle happens once: CPU-DRAM LED blink and then reset. You can see this in the beginning of the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IkLgnkmJz_gvm7XfniId-FXTzr2EgSqK/view
