Gigabyte B360M DS3H compatible with windows 7?

Solution
Do a search on "install windows 7 on b360 motherboard". In my opinion, there are 2 issues, installation and sub-optimal drivers. Installing win7 off of a usb drive requires usb 3.0 drivers, which are not included in the win7 iso. Gigabyte use to have a bootable usb drive builder to slipsteam in the usb drivers in with the iso. However, I couldn't find it on their site anymore. Also, legacy bios, CSM and USB PS/2 emulation need to be enabled.

If you get win7 installed, then win10 drivers may work, but may not perform as well as on a win10 installation. Sort of a shame to have new hardware and have it not perform as well as it could. Besides, win7 is only going to be supported for another 1.5 years. I'd say bite the bullet and get win10...
If you already have the motherboard, the best option is to try one of two things:

1) Try extracting the Windows 10 drivers from the package (.inf files)

2) Go with Windows 10

Seems that the damned motherboard industry is giving MS the green light to force out pre-Win10 folk, regardless of what many consumers want.

I do not have the motherboard yet, unfortunately. Was hoping someone knew the answer so I know whether or not I'll have to drop an extra hundo for an OS upgrade. I love windows 7 and I hope I won't get forced out just to upgrade my PC

Edit: however I just extracted, ran, and successfully installed the motherboard drivers from the site on an existing PC running windows 7, not sure if that confirms compatibility or not, but the drivers that specifically say "windows 10" seem to work on 7
