Gigabyte B360M RAM can't run in dual channel

Hello today every single part arived brand new i assembled the pc but it run only with 1 ram stick or 2 sticks next to each other running in single channel but i have 2x8 2666 BALLISTIX TACTICAL

Did you read motherboard owners manual? Make sure ram is installed in the correct dimms. Usually A2 and B2, check the manual

i tired every way DDR4_1/DDR4_2/DDR4_3/DDR4_4 but it didn't worked I tired with ddr4_1 and ddr4_2 they are the last 2 slots on mobo and it worked but I can't boot with the dual chanel

with 1 stick, try update to the latest bios.

Now is the F11 i put both sticks same results no display buy mobo do 4 long beeps
